A brand merger between three commercial real estate companies (ENCOR, Landmark and Proveras) provided an opportunity to deliver a unique branding & brand guide to help the clients envision the exciting future together ahead. As lead designer, to help this unification stand out amongst competitors (Transwestern, Sior, JLL, CRBE, etc and their own brands), we’ve designed a modern and sophisticated monochrome brand to represent this bold, curious, professional and fearless brand merger; evoking the intrepid explorer. -
The chosen final branding uses an oval shape to exhibit it’s overarching, larger portfolio service, connecting brands while providing services in a cyclic ecosystem, working together as a growing team. It’s elegant minimalism evokes it’s intimate & customized appeal. It’s stamp motif is proudly displayed as a sign of trust and personalization (ex. essential when handling large investments). The open space in the motif displays authenticity & transparency, perfectly paired with a uniquely human and tasteful typography choice.

Tasked with branding an elegant yacht in a simplistic, casual and preppy (think: polo’s, Ralph Lauren) aesthetic, a soft grotesque font alludes the bold, confident and smooth tones – perfectly paired with a velvety deep ocean green, reflective of the rich, deep Florida waters.
The branding included lifestyle embroided merch: de-bossed boat key fobs on smooth fine calf leather and classic white cap.

The Triple Treat Box
To assist in the revamped temporary launch, we designed a retro inspired box wrap that holds three pizzas for our primary 18-25 y/o consumer. Focusing on craveable, energetic visuals – our focus was using nostalgic forms to appeal to the younger audiences through trends in contemporary culture, while embracing the young, middle and late generations of the buffet’s golden days. To modernize the brand through nostalgia. The solution: mimicking the absurdly thick sleeve through the loud & bold application of graphic branding.
