Packaging brand refresh: Our brand strategically uses gold foil and spot gloss to elevate our brand as a luxury private label teeth whitening beauty brand, as both an e-commerce and retail-ready brand, to differentiate ourselves over other existing teeth whitening brands with a new cheeky, fun millennial attitude. Within the course of 6 months of ideation, our new packaging was launched to Amazon and within 12 months accepted for shelf-ready retail (Walmart).

The Role

To assist in the brand refresh of all creative for digital, web, mobile, print and packaging for e-commerce and major retailers (Walmart, Target, HEB, CVS, RiteAid) and e-commerce (Amazon, ActiveWow.com, Good Morning America, etc), as well as the overarching brand strategy, highlighting brand differentiation opportunities over competitors at similar price points.

Projects

To strengthen and develop the visual identity, through assisting the creation of a refreshed logo and brand identity, brand core messaging and ethos, complete packaging redesign, art directed and led our first photography campaign, website and mobile redesign, social media, tradeshow booth design, branded product line expansions and more!

Unique Brand Positioning

Transitioning into a beauty and lifestyle related brand, Active Wow has repositioned itself as a luxury private label teeth whitening brand, differing from other teeth whitening brand portfolios. A photography campaign was launched to incorporate the human tactile touch, brand personas, lifestyle and demographic, as well as a full refresh to the entire packaging design & assistance in copywriting all marketing and branded material to enhance the entire branded experience.

Lead designer & art directed & led Active Wow’s first photography campaign (look & feel for makeup and clothing, models, direction, lighting, moodboards, both product and model photography, photo edits) and assisted as a prop and set stylist.
